Projects / Use Cases

Paris2Connect is an urban infrastructure based on 9 connected and augmented intersections along a 3.5-kilometre route in Paris between the Austerlitz train station, the Lyon train station and the Bercy train station.

The aim of this infrastructure is to test out vehicle infrastructure exchanges using I2V, as well as to develop use cases aimed at improving the management of public spaces. The first use cases developed with the City of Paris concerned GLOSA and the management of priorities at traffic signals (G2), particularly in anticipation of the 2024 Olympic Games.

Parisian priorities now focus on the risks of collision with vulnerable users and the accessibility of public spaces for the visually impaired.
