CETU (Centre for Tunnel Studies) is a technical body within the French Ministry of Transport.It serves as both a resource centre and a research centre for professionals in the tunnel and underground engineering sector.In addition to its technical and advisory roles, CETU facilitates dialogue within the professional community and plays a key role in disseminating knowledge and best practices both in France and internationally.As part of the SCALE project, it will lead the development of specifications for new use cases relating to fire risks and alerts in tunnels, and will participate in the deployment of these use cases at the Centre-Est pilot and operational site.
