S3pweb, a data communications provider serving the freight transport sector.
A subsidiary of the B2P Connect community network, S3pweb SAS is a French company founded in 2017, specialising in transport data communications and data aggregation.
We collect, secure and analyse fleet data to provide freight carriers with a reliable, centralised and immediately actionable overview to manage their operations and ensure day-to-day compliance.

The North-East pilot and operational site, led by the European Community of Alsace (CeA), brings together the Strasbourg Euro-Metropolis (EMS), the Hauts-de-France Polytechnic University (UPHF) in Valenciennes, the transport data aggregator (SP3Web), the Alsatian haulage contractor Kleyling based near Colmar, as well as the DIR Est and the DIR Nord.
The site focuses its work on developing use cases designed to facilitate the movement of heavy goods vehicles in interurban and urban areas. Consequently the website analyses and presents the four use cases lorry drivers can use to discover how many parking spaces are free at motorway service areas, with the option of making a booking (F10), accessing the same type of information regarding delivery spaces in urban areas during morning rounds (F1c), and overlaying information directly visible on the lorry’s on-board computer concerning roads closed to the transport of dangerous goods (TDG) (H1a), as well as traffic restrictions for heavy goods vehicles when the government activates ‘bad weather plans’ (H2a).
Furthermore, through the UPHF with the support of SP3Web, the North-East site is investigating the feasibility of developing an On-Board Unit (OBUhg) to ensure that haulage contractors can access all the necessary information in real time to facilitate their trips.
