Project design

There are 4 InterCor activities:

  • Activity 1 covers overall project management, communication activities and the link with the C-ROADS platform.
  • Activity 2 covers preparation for deployment at pilot sites (i.e. specifications and validation).
  • Activity 3 concerns deployment on the pilot sites: defining the deployment framework, preparing procurement contracts and liaising with the participating Member States.
  • Finally, activity 4 covers the various evaluation tasks: defining the evaluation programme, technical evaluation, impact measurement and user acceptability measurement.

The Core Management Team is supported by a General Assembly and an Advisory Committee.
